Wastewater Treatment Plant. Project
consists of removal and replacement of existing dome.
Nyah Engineering, Inc. is part of the team with Kennedy
Jenks Engineers to provide Project Management Services. |

Fire Hydrant Installation Project for the City of Phoenix.
Project
consists of design of new Fire Hydrants in the existing
sub-division to provide additional Fire Protection. |

Currently Mr. Kshatriya is providing construction

diameter clarifier, modifying the existing oxidation
ditch, constructing a return activated sludge pump

23rd Avenue Waste Water Treatment Plant
Head
Works Modifications, Influent Pump Station and Influent
Interceptor Upgrade for the City of Phoenix.
Responsible for administration, shop drawing reviews and
other construction related tasks for the construction of
the $25 Million dollar facility. Influent Interceptors,
water main replacement, storm sewer replacement and other
utilities were also major part of the project off site.

Represented the City of Phoenix for management of several
projects by coordinating and conducting meetings and
submittal reviews for each project. The projects are

Kshatriya was responsible for design and construction of
numerous projects while working with Walter E. Deuchler and
Associates. Main responsibilities included designing,
developing bid documents, site planning, coordinating with
government agencies, coordinating construction, assisting in
startup of the newly constructed facilities and leading a team
of engineers.

22.5 Million Gallons per Day
(MGD) Combined Sewer Overflow Treatment Facility:
1. |
This combined sewer overflow treatment
facility included preliminary treatments such as
bar screens, grit removal system, storm water pumping,
primary clarifiers, chlorine contact tanks, de-chlorination,
aerators, flushing system, chemical storage and
feed system, conveyor, overhead cranes, instrumentation,
electrical, heating, ventilating, odor control,
outside piping and sewers, grading, walkways, roadways,
fencing, and land-scaping. |

Accomplished design and completed construction
successfully within the budget of $8.5 million. |
3. |
The plant is in operation and received an award
from American Public Works
Association in recognition of excellence and
dedication to public service |

Indian Creek Interceptor sewer and East Bank
Overflow sewer project in the City of Aurora:
1. |
This project consisted of collection
of three major overflows in the City of Aurora and
conveyance of the combined sewage flow to the treatment
facility. |
2. |
Accelerated construction of this project to be
completed in time and within the budget of $5 million. |

and Construction

Responsible for
designing sub-division for 125 lots. Design
included sub dividing lots, survey, water main,
sewer lines and other utilities, roadway and
grading. |

Responsible for construction of roadways, Utility
coordination was a major task. |

1989 Fox Metro Water Reclamation District
Plant expansion:
1. |
Assisted in design work for new bar
screen an grit facilities, remodeling the
existing bar screen and grit facilities, installing
three new primary clarifiers and equipment, installing
fine bubble diffusers, installing one new final
clarifier and equipment, remodeling two existing
clarifiers, installing polymer addition system and
new air compressors, installing new drainage system
for the sludge storage area, under ground process
piping, electrical, heating, ventilating and site
work. |

Led the construction, startup and completion for
this project, which was
completed within a budget of $11 million. |

Sullivan Roadway Design and Construction
1. |
Led
design and construction of five mile long four lane
roadway construction through the urban area of the
City of Aurora |

Roadway design and
construction included replacement of water main,
sewers and other utilities. Utility
coordination was prime concern for this project. |

Introduced lime
stabilization for the sub-grade preparation of the
roadway. |

Improvement Projects

Responsible for design and
construction of roadways, water main replacement,
sewer replacement and other associated utilities for
the entire town. |

Replaced deteriorated and corroded water mains
with ductile iron water main for selected areas of
